제목	조마루 뼈다귀 - 대한민국 1% - 맛, 서비스

오늘은 저희 사랑방 모임이 있어서 대구 시지동 쪽에 있는
"조마루 뼈다귀"라는 감자탕 음식점에서 모임을 가졌습니다.
저는 처음 가보는 체인 음식점이라 얼마나 맛이 있을까 하는 마음으로 가게 되었습니다.

해장국을 먹었는 뼈다귀 해장국은 양이 아주 많이 나오는 편은 아니었지만,
깔끔하고 독특한 맛이 났고, 특히 깨가루를 넣어서 맛이 일품인 편이었습니다.
반찬은 생고추, 깍뚜기, 김치가 다였는데, 신선한 맛이 있으면서 깔끔한 맛이었습니다.
반찬을 다 먹어갈 때쯤이면 먼저 와서 새로운 것으로 채워 주어서 반찬을 계속 많이 먹어도
지속적으로 채워주는 것이었습니다. 너무 좋았습니다.

필요한 것이 있으면 벨을 누를 수 있도록 되어 있었는데,
벨이 눌러지면 6명 정도 되는 모든 직원들이 '예~' 라고 하면서
크게 대답하고 달려가는 모습이 아주 인상적이었습니다.

주차 시설이 약간 모자라 차를 주차하기가 약간은 힘들었지만 좋은 맛을 기대하고 가는
사람들의 입맛을 채워 주기에는 충분하다는 생각이 들었습니다.

이 체인의 구호처럼 맛과 서비스로 손님들의 구미를 채워주기에 충분한 곳이었다 싶습니다.
나중에 아내랑 같이 가서 맛을 보고 싶은 생각이 들었습니다.
